Krups I`m afraid is going like Jack & Jill........Down the hill.... By: Amazon Customer, on April 6, 2018 Pros: Cons: "THEY (Krups) have stopped including the Claris Smart filter cartridge...which is rather mean..Old machine Krups came with one.Drip tray rather flimsy..Old machine built rather to a better standard than the new one....so it looks like the end of the road....so I will switch manufacturer in a few years time....They (Krups) have made it a lot harder to register a new machine and it didn`t even come with any beans...so it looks like Krups is a HAS-Bean company for me... |
