Good value, Good Grinder, Easy to Use but the button does break. By: Nick B, on August 6, 2018 Pros: Cons: "We're a family of four and use it on a daily basis. We've had two of these, the 1st in 2011 and the 2nd in 2014. They do work well as burr grinders but, as other reviewers mention, the button has failed within 1 year on both. We were still able to press 'a button behind the button' using a woodenspoon (!). Unfortunately after doing this for two years the electronics have gone on the second one today - I've gone for the De'Longhi KG79 Professional Burr Grinder this time... |

Worth spending the extra above the basic blade grinder for sure. Not 5-stars as I've had one previously that lasted 2.5 year before breaking, which is beyond Guarantee but I'd love to see manufactures aim for something a bit more ambitious! |

I suspect that the bulk of the problems some people are having with it simply flows from their not having read the manual or failed to act on what it says. This is a delicate machine and it will jam or fail if allowed to become blocked or if it is not used in the right way.
