Was quite pleased with it as it did a good job. However, switched it on today and there was smoke billowing out of it. Vax website is useless, tried phoning also useless. I know it's over a year but for the amount of use it's had I'd had been better hiring one. I'd expect way more than 18 months of light use. Look at Bissell that's the one I replaced after 10+ years I wish I hadn't fancied a change |

It has two water tanks (one clean and one dirty) and the brushes spin while you push the cleaner forward which picks up any bits of hair that i’ve missed and is a very good help on heavily soiled areas. Equally the handheld tool is extremely helpful and very good for doing spot cleaning or pieces of upholstered furniture. |
