Induction hob cooker. By: R G Bargey, on December 22, 2017 Pros: Cons: "Purchased this to use in Ireland before buying another for use in Portugal. The selectable power rating makes it suitable for my off grid system in theory. A good looking and well built piece of kit. When I have verified it’s compatibility on my quality inverter I will update my post. |

... out induction - Bit noisy and simmer not as good as my Siemens ceramic By: Jane B., on November 8, 2017 Pros: Cons: "Purchased this to try out induction - Bit noisy and simmer not as good as my Siemens ceramic. Useful standby - quick to boil water or soup at lunch time - for the price it a resonable product |

Useful addition to supplement a gas hob By: Keep it simple, on September 11, 2017 Pros: Cons: "Excellent item that provides much more control than a conventional electric hob. I purchased it for use in a holiday home to reduce my requirement for bottled gas. It is solidly made with a sensible layout of controls. My only niggle is the use of codes rather than Watts or %s as is used on microwave ovens. Fortunately, most of my existing pans worked but this could be an additional expense. Overall a very good little unit. |

The unit is good value for money By: Greyman, on March 7, 2017 Pros: Cons: "We used this hob when our kitchen was being remodelled and, in conjunction with a microwave and a small halogen oven we could cook most of what we wanted. The unit is good value for money, maybe not as sleek as others, but did the job admirably. |

Fast heating, up to 2100w , safe , top cools very fast after cooking and makes cleaning quick and easy By: Rix.Lumb, on September 23, 2015 Pros: Cons: "I have never used an Induction Hob before, and was a bit sceptical. It has a wide range of power settings (9) and clever, single push functions for simply heating milk quickly without boiling or boiling water then switching off, just like a kettle, stir frying, deep fat cooking etc.. It has up to a 2 hour timer then turns off, keeping the reasonable quiet fan on for a while to cool down the ceramic top. This is quicker if the hot item is removed of course. The 2 RED LED 7 segment display... |

Function buttons not working correctly By: Les McNeill, on February 3, 2014 Pros: Cons: "This unit was working really well until I used either the boiling water or heating milk pre set buttons. The manual states that on these two settings (1) water will reach boiling point and the hob will switch off while signalling it has reached boiling point with two beeps. (2) That it will heat milk up to 80 degrees and switch off without boiling the milk, again indicating this with two audible beeps. When I used either of these functions the water continued to boil without switching off, and... |
